Corporate Finance Role Overview

The Corporate Finance role at our organization involves working on a variety of projects, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, financing, and fundraising initiatives. Key responsibilities include assisting project leads in daily execution, creating pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, marketing materials, management presentations, and transaction structuring.

Our ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, or transaction advisory services. A relevant degree, such as an MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
