International Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our international business development efforts in the Middle East.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong track record of sales success and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

You will be responsible for leading the complete sales cycle, from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery. Your ability to collaborate across teams and maintain profitability will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue
    • Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
    • Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
    • Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy
    • Research market trends and competition.
    • Use insights to define entry and growth plans.
    • Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
  • Business Development
    • Visit and nurture relationships with partners.
    • Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements.
    • Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing.
    • Monitor payments and follow up promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing Support
    • Help with regional campaigns and promotions.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
    • Track performance and share improvement insights.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
    • Facilitate communication to meet company objectives.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics.
    • Support mitigation planning.
    • Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years in international business development (ideally in Middle East).
    • Strong track record of sales success.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
    • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
