Senior Business Leader Opportunity in Digital Axle Counter

We are seeking an experienced business leader to spearhead our strategic growth vertical, the Digital Axle Counter (DAC), in our portfolio.

This senior leadership role offers a chance to engage with key stakeholders, drive innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans across Indian Railways and global markets
  • Leveraging partnerships with RDSO, Zonal Railways, and international partners to introduce next-generation axle counter technologies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business development, project execution, and stakeholder management
  • Building strong relationships with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership to drive strategic growth

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical)
  • MBA from a premier institute
  • 15–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinker with ability to blend technical expertise and business acumen

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with Thales (now Hitachi) or similar technology vendors
  • Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems and automation technologies
