Account Delivery Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless digital advertising sales operations. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of projects, guaranteeing high-quality results and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contact center operations, with a strong background in B2C/B2B sales and digital marketing ads sales. They will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage large teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

  • Critical Skills:
  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leader with experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, with a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) to drive performance and governance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and identify service delivery issues.
  • Establish and maintain Service Provider infrastructure.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement among Operations teams.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients.
