Performance Marketer Role

Our team is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive measurable ROI.
  • Manage and optimize ad creative assets, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
  • Ensure campaign optimization for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Provide actionable insights from analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
