Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for paid marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, optimize campaign performance, and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve key performance indicators such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
