We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid media efforts across various digital platforms.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, and ROI optimization. Key responsibilities include developing, executing, and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies to drive results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
