
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Bid and Proposal Strategist to play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts. You will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our business acumen, creativity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, business model benefits, AI capabilities, and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Ability to implement AI in research tasks & day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
You will be an integral part of our team, leveraging your exceptional skills in proposal writing, stakeholder management, and AI technology to drive business growth.
