About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our internal audit department and oversee all aspects of financial governance and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to business challenges, planning and managing complex financial tasks, and analyzing business processes to identify core issues. Additionally, they will oversee monthly closing of books of accounts, prepare profitability statements, and monitor budgets and forecasts. They will also head the internal audit department, implement audit tools to improve efficiencies, design and implement internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have at least 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance. You should also possess proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, reporting, and audit tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are highly desirable. Furthermore, you should be willing to conduct surprise audits and travel to overseas locations when required.

Qualifications: A CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration with a minimum age of 42 years is required.
