Internal Audit Leader

This position oversees the development of innovative and effective solutions to business challenges, manages complex financial tasks, and analyzes processes to identify core issues and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address business challenges and enhance financial performance.
  • Plan, organize, and manage complex financial situations across the organization.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial governance and audit compliance.
  • Prepare monthly closing reports, including profitability statements and MIS reports with detailed variance analysis.
  • Create and monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead the internal audit department, design and implement audit tools to improve efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
  • Identify cost control areas and implement strategies to reduce costs and avoid revenue leakages.
Requirements:
  • CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
  • 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, reporting, and audit tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
