Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert liaison and corporate affairs services. This involves handling a wide range of responsibilities including commercial, PR & relationship management, statutory compliance management, cost management & MIS, industrial laws, site management & general administrative matters.

You will be responsible for obtaining NOC/registrations/approvals/licenses from respective state Punjab & central government bodies/local authorities and ensuring statutory compliance management. Your expertise in liaising with state and central government authorities, industries department, forest and environment authorities, pollution control board, labour department will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives.

You will also handle land acquisition for the project, conversion, mutation, and allied matters. Additionally, you will represent the company in various meetings, conferences/seminars organized by different industry associations such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), FICCI, ASSOCHAM, FIMI, and other business associations.

  • Liaise with Central and Punjab State Governments
  • Ensure early approvals of company proposals

Your key strengths will include your ability to interface with ministries, bureaucracy, and the corporate, as well as your skills in team management, creating a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

You will lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual and group targets.

This role requires a graduate in any stream with good exposure in Liaison/C Corporate Affairs. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

In addition, you will be responsible for handling corporate affairs, government liaison, imports/exports, interaction with trade and industry associations, customs/excise, foreign collaboration, lobbying through trade and industry associations, projects steel/mining/power/environmental issues.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good exposure in Liaison/C Corporate Affairs
Public Relations:

You will be responsible for day-to-day corporate affairs matters, liaison with local and state-level politicians. You will also be involved in PR with district, Punjab state, and central government officials and local media.
