Job Description:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

We are seeking a skilled Loan Origination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring clients through various channels.

  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their financial needs and promote our loan products.
  • Utilize market research and networking to identify new business opportunities.

Loan Application Processing and Credit Appraisal

You will guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately. Your expertise in credit appraisal and assessment will help determine the eligibility of applicants for our loans.

  • Evaluate the financial status of applicants, including income assessment and property valuation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of approved loans and monitor repayments.

Customer Service and Sales Performance

In addition to your technical skills, excellent customer service is essential for this role. You will provide prompt assistance to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues related to their loan accounts.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
  • Maintain market awareness by staying updated on trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in home loan or loan against property. Your proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
