Job Overview:

This role involves generating revenue by identifying and acquiring new customers through open market sourcing, field visits, references, and channel partner networks.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through proactive engagement with potential clients.
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand loan requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this position, you will need to:

  • Meet sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of LAP products to potential clients.
  • Source new customers through referrals, online research, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in home loan or LAP sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan processes, and documentation.
  • Self-motivation, target orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
