As a Leadership Professor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of leadership. Your primary role will be to deliver high-quality educational programs, promote student learning, and contribute to the development of academic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach courses in leadership, including curriculum design, instruction, and assessment
  • Mentor students in their academic and professional development
  • Contribute to departmental and institutional committees as needed
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publishing, and presenting at conferences

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, and leading students
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA in English or related field
  • Experience in Functional English Grammar and language training
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an English Language Trainer
  • Proficient in MS Office and Netiquettes
