We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at Microsoft India.

About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will lead internal and external sales teams through commercial construct and deal value proposition optimization, while identifying business opportunities and taking steps to ensure successful deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate complex commercial terms and lead the strategy for the negotiation approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Drive transformational renewals and upsell to the next level of cloud services
- Own new commerce renewal opportunities and prioritize eligible deals
- Lead negotiations through the strategic use of field empowerment to drive revenue growth and increased cloud mix
Requirements:
- 8+ years sales and negotiation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and construct commercial solutions to maximize ACR and drive upsell
- Proven track record of driving execution excellence in partnership with sales teams and Deal Desk
