Job Summary

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead fintech platform development, leveraging technical expertise and leadership abilities to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and development of fintech products and platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and scale fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
  • Oversight of integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in software development, with at least 610 years of experience as a lead/architect.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
