Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6-10 years' development experience; 2-3 years in a lead role.
  • Proficient in Python or Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, architecture, and databases.
  • Background in fintech or BFSI.
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
