d with 8 to 11 years of experience in full stack development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a solid technical foundation, and experience in leading and mentoring teams. You will play a key role in designing scalable applications, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality code

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers (front-end and back-end) and drive technical projects from conception to deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Own the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to ensure application performance and reliability.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools for implementation.
