Job Description
Function : Technical Management ? Engineering

We're looking for a Technical Lead who can drive product development end-to-end from architecture and design to deployment and optimization. You'll lead a small but high-impact engineering team, shape our tech roadmap, and play a key role in scaling our platform for the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor developers and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve our stack.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with proven expertise in building production-grade systems.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong Proficiency In

  • Frontend : , .
