Tech Lead IT Business Applications

Role Objective

To develop and maintain business applications, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure effective coordination with internal teams and external partners for successful delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Setup & Leadership: Establish and lead a new in-house development team, defining roles, onboarding talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Architecture & Integration Ownership: Understand the organizations architecture and integration points to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Development & Delivery Excellence: Oversee the design, development, deployment, and support of mobile and web applications, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Set up codebase, development practices, and tools in line with enterprise governance, security, and compliance guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and external partners to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and ensure smooth delivery.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Essential Education:

Graduate with engineering/technical degree (BE/ B.Tech /MCA/equivalent).

Experience

Application to be built on Project Management, SQL, IIS, Mobile Applications management

  • 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile and web application development using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to create clear and comprehensive solution documents and technical specifications.
  • Experience in managing external vendors and development partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Knowledge and Specific Skills

  • Mobile App / web application development
  • Project Management
  • Proficiency in React JS, ,
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
  • Exposure to database design and development (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines is a plus
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
