Job Summary:
H137 PineBridge Investments Capital India Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to support the fund operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- ISDA deliverables, FCM agreement deliverables, and other paralegal tasks
- Maintenance of MFN tracker and IMA tracker
- Update delegation agreements and participating affiliate agreements
- Form D filings, Blue sky filings, and sub-advised mutual fund certifications
- Assist with Form PF updates and Form ADV updates
- Document management and RFP support
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in asset management or related field
- Prior experience with US private funds and/or registered funds
- Experience with Cayman products is an advantage
Benefits:
- A competitive estimated salary range of ₹850,000 - ₹1,150,000 per annum
