Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Consultant to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and deal execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the promoter to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze investment opportunities, risks, and deal structures leveraging expertise in Investment Banking and capital markets.
  • Participate in regular business meetings with the promoter to review progress and discuss key developments.
  • Provide periodic reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
