Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data and develop strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.
  2. Manage all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  3. Develop and monitor budgets to optimize costs and provide actionable insights.
  4. Evaluate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and marketplaces.
  5. Provide timely and accurate management information reports for leadership and investors.
  6. Analyze return on investment for promotional strategies and new initiatives.
  7. Support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives with financial analysis.
  8. Implement robust financial controls and processes.
  9. Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, internal audits, and statutory audits and compliance.
  10. Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends.
  11. Lead finance process automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A certified accountant qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in ConsumerTech/Retail/D2C space.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
