Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to drive business growth and success.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements:
  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate in Finance with minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in any industry.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills.
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in financial preparation, monthly books closure & review activities, MIS preparation, review, etc.
  • Good working knowledge in Tally or MS Office.
