Senior Leadership Position

  • About the Role:

  • Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of financial professionals to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and maintaining effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting
  • Providing training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Experience with financial software and systems, including SAP and MS Office
