As a senior financial professional, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process across various business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver strategic financial plans that drive business growth and success.

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of financial models and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate complex data sets and synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software applications.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or economics with relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA, MBA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and management with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
