Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including preparing financial reports, analyzing accounting options, reconciling discrepancies, and developing budgets and corporate plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries; document financial transactions; summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow and cash flow forecast; optimize cash flow and fees in accordance with CFO directives; negotiate with banks in relation with CFO.
  • HR Support and Payroll: Manage payroll and linked expenses; manage gratuity, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements; add TDS payable, PT, GST, TDS receivable.
  • Legal Compliance: Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions; follow all contracts and legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: BCom, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Skill: Strong attention to detail; deadline-oriented; reporting research results; confidentiality; time management; data entry management; windows tools skills; knowledge of Indian taxation rules; prior experience working for a manufacturing company required.
