Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support end-to-end processes, including General Ledger Accounting and Financial Reporting.

The role will operate in shifts, supporting month-end closure and budgeting activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in BPC and Microsoft Dynamics or AX being highly desirable.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. The Senior Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and address concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities
  • Support budget and reforecast preparation requirements, managing reporting, validation, and submission activities.
  • Assist with monthly tasks, including posting month-end journal entries for intercompany, accruals, and forex.
  • Manage revenue accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Semi-qualified Accountant or Graduate/Master's degree in Commerce or MBA, with 6-8 years of experience in BPO/KPO Industry handling Accounting, PL, and Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or AX is highly desirable.
  • Receptive to escalations and suggestions on areas for improvement.
  • Effective communicator, able to diplomatically deal with internal clients at all levels, with high Service Levels by being responsive.
  • Strong experience of financial processes, reporting, and controls.
  • Proven experience of successful collaboration with Finance and Non-Finance people.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English language, with experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry or Shared Services in Finance domain.
