Financial Leadership Role

A senior professional will oversee the financial reporting of a group, including standalone, subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS / IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial reporting for the group entities.
  • Quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits of the group entities.
  • Implementation, monitoring, and auditing of internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) including GITC and ITAC controls.
  • Technical expertise for existing and potential accounting matters.
  • Stakeholder relationship management with external technical consultants, statutory auditors, and investors on preparation, finalization, and reporting of accounting memos across various matters.
  • Monthly management information system - financial statement (MIS-FS) preparation and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Indirect cost review and reporting, including finalization of advance reconciliation documents (ARDs) for stakeholder reporting.
  • Finance ERP implementation charter development and project management for the group.
  • Delivery cost accounting, reporting, and automation for efficient and effective reporting.
  • Collaboration with the finance automation team to enhance reporting requirements across functions.
  • Standard operating procedure (SOP) implementations across processes and adherence through timely review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
  • Adaptable/Flexible: Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or work in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Oracle, inventory/WMS systems.
