Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Tools & Frameworks Team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for improving efficiency, streamlining build-test pipelines, and driving faster development cycles.

  • Lead a team of talented software engineers in Bangalore, improving build-test pipelines to enable faster feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize automation strategies.
  • Drive automation strategies, ensuring scalable, resilient, and deterministic pipelines that seamlessly integrate into CI/CD workflows.
  • Address test flakiness, enhance pipeline stability, and improve test determinism, reducing delays in feature rollouts.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development, test automation, and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages, with expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and developer tooling.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
