Senior SAP BTP Application Development Leader

Lead the design, build, and run of high-performing SAP BTP applications and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to guide delivery and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a development team and oversee application delivery.
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones for successful project completion.
  • Develop and customize SAP BTP applications and integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Python, and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and capability to drive varied initiatives.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Consulting and effort estimation experience for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team.
