Job Title:

Strategic BIM Specialist

BIM Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead project teams.

  • Manage multiple projects ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup planning and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and profit objectives.
  • Monitor and review project leads updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Lead BIM execution implementation and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards codes guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modeling reports and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows allocate tasks efficiently and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Develop manage and optimize Dynamo scripts while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modeling coordination and successful delivery of international projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit Navisworks and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes multi-disciplinary coordination and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Passionate detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
  • Additional expertise in Dynamo 5D CostX 4D Fuzor Civil 3D or Infraworks will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Certification in Project Management e.g. PMP or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.
