Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our core team. This individual will be responsible for driving and managing the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organization, and client coordination, ensuring delivery to global quality standards.

This position is both client-facing and team-building, with responsibility for mentoring junior architects, leading project meetings, and ensuring design intent and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the architectural lead on projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Being responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration
  • Leading the design team and client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes
  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the project design programme
  • Communicating resource needs to account managers and associates
  • Creating, updating, and managing all project-related financials and resourcing data in internal project management software
  • Maintaining the Project Quality Control System
  • Monitoring financial performance and reporting back to account managers or responsible associates, raising any issues that may affect agreed fees
  • Leading the contract administration process and ensuring responsibilities are met
  • Leading, motivating, supporting, and managing teams, demonstrating ability to get the best out of team members

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
  • Passport holder, available for training and travel to UK/Europe as required
