Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations (including migration projects), and emerging technologies like AI and CRM Analytics. You will be instrumental in driving architectural best practices and delivering an integrated Customer 360° view to enable personalized and intelligent customer experiences.

Day-to-Day Architectural Activities:

  • Lead and participate in solution architecture discussions across multiple clouds.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for cloud implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present the architectural approaches to clients.
  • Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in cloud services, APIs, and data storage.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migration and systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with AI/ML features in cloud platforms, particularly AI-driven software engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
