Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Setup and Management:
  1. Create project setups, create parametric families, provide materials, and manage the Revit server from a production perspective.
  2. Implement project management best practices, including setup standards.
Attachment and Detail Markups:
  1. Complete attachment and detail markups for our products.
Design Translation:
  1. Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
BIM Modeling:
  1. Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit).
  2. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with project team members.
