Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Organizational Development: Identify training and development needs; design programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 8 years of HR experience with a focus on the IT sector or related industries.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
