Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at Titan Jet Care Service privet limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes, as well as managing the HR team and supporting all staff in HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process and ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and managing disciplinary actions.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process and provide support for employee development.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation: Handle employee benefits and compensation systems.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure legal compliance.
  • Complex Employee Issues: Manage and resolve complex employee issues.
  • HR Policy Development: Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizational Change: Support organizational change initiatives and manage associated HR activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • HR Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Labor Legislation: Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Management: Ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team.
  • HRIS and HRMS: Experience with HRIS and HRMS systems.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Problemsolving and decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • HR Certification: Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • HR Strategy Development: Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
