
Senior Cloud Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and adoption of cloud services in retail and CPG accounts.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic relationships with key decision-makers at top companies.
- They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud platform is the preferred choice for partners across all service lines.
- Accurate forecasting and business reporting are crucial skills for this role.
- The successful candidate will develop compelling value propositions around our cloud services and effectively communicate them to customers.
- They will also explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Regular business reviews will be presented to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will research and prepare for customer meetings and calls.
- They will collaborate with teams on pitches and demos for customer meetings and calls.
- Stakeholder mapping and ensuring high standards of data hygiene are essential.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is critical.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales or business development with a focus on quota-carrying.
- Experience in working with mid/large size enterprises, identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals.
- Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota attainment.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Understanding of retail/C PG vertical and experience in selling to Retail Enterprises will be an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud computing and/or technology as a service (Iaas,SaaS,PaaS) is preferred.
