Senior Product Manager

This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced product leader to join our organization and drive the success of pharmaceutical products in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for assigned pharma brands, driving growth and revenue through effective market access and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for expansion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead product development from launch through maturity, guaranteeing market relevance and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, utilizing data-driven decision-making and forecasting tools.
Brand Development & Marketing:
  • Design and execute impactful brand positioning and marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients, leveraging strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Collaborate closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare compelling promotional material, product literature, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate product value and drive sales growth.
  • Build strategies to strengthen brand recall, market penetration, and revenue share through innovative marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner seamlessly with sales, medical, clinical, R&D, and regulatory teams to align product objectives, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve business goals.
  • Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to support effective product promotion, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise effectively with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and quality, meeting customer needs and expectations.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
  • Identify new therapeutic areas, geographies, and market opportunities for product expansion, supporting business development teams with product insights during licensing or partnership discussions.
  • Drive strategies to penetrate institutional and government business channels, leveraging strong relationships and negotiation skills.
Leadership & People Management:
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and product review meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving results-oriented decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 11+ years in pharma product management, with a proven track record of handling complex product portfolios and achieving business results.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of pharma markets, therapeutic segments, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, branding, and market access strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and performance analytics, with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a highly regulated, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
