Job Title: Pharmaceutical Product Manager

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and product management to drive growth and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Management
\

- Define and implement the product roadmap for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the pharmaceutical market to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-market activities.

Marketing & Promotion

  • - Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.

- Create promotional campaigns, scientific communication materials, and product positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design impactful marketing tools and training programs to support field activities.

Sales Support & Performance Tracking

- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular product performance reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, sales, or marketing.
