Job Description

As a seasoned pharmaceutical product development expert, you will oversee the lifecycle of our products across therapeutic segments. Your primary goal is to drive growth and market success by developing and implementing strategic plans.

  • Product Strategy & Planning
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to shape brand positioning.
    • Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for new product development and portfolio expansion.
  • Brand & Marketing Management
    • Lead the creation of brand plans and marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines in all marketing collateral.
    • Drive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from launch planning to maturity and phase-out decisions.
    • Monitor product performance through KPIs and sales data.
    • Provide inputs for pricing strategy and market access initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and demand generation.
    • Collaborate with medical affairs, R&D, and supply chain to ensure timely product launches.
    • Partner with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of product development experts.
    • Provide training, coaching, and career development opportunities to build strong product management capabilities.
    • Encourage innovation and ownership within the team.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
    • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and industry stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences and professional associations.
    • Gather insights from stakeholders to refine strategies.
