School Sales Manager Job Description

At Evarastaffing, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the education sector, managing and growing existing accounts, and establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve individual school sales targets
2. Meet school heads and owners to promote company programs
3. Meet heads of school chains to empanel the company as an adventure/travel vendor
4. Promote the company through school conferences, associations, and professional bodies
5. Recruit and groom school sales teams to increase penetration in qualified school lists
6. Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs
7. Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS, and other platforms
8. Provide 24/7 support to the team and clients
9. Maintain and update different types of records and files
10. Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales (preferable in tour and travel)
2. Postgraduate (preferable in Marketing/Travel/Sports Management)
3. Good communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent public relation skills
5. Sales-oriented, go-getter attitude
