Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Education Sector Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the education sector.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Meet or exceed individual sales targets for schools
  2. Promote Company programs to school heads and owners
  3. Establish relationships with school chains and empanel the Company as an adventure/travel vendor
  4. Promote the Company through school conferences, associations, and professional bodies
  5. Recruit and groom a school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school lists
  6. Work with the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs
  7. Update daily sales efforts in CRM/CDIS and other platforms
  8. Provide 24/7 support to the team and clients
  9. Maintain and update different types of records and files


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales (preferably in tour and travel)
  • Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Travel/Sports Management)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong public relations skills
  • Sales-oriented, go-getter attitude


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth.
