Job Summary">

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient execution of MEP projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.


Main Responsibilities">
  • Design Review and Optimization: The ideal candidate will review and optimize MEP drawings to guarantee design accuracy and service efficiency.
  • Value Engineering: You will provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards to enhance project outcomes.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Support accurate cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope, ensuring precise projections.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Site Monitoring and Quality Control: Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainability initiatives such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building practices.
  • Reporting and Budget Management: Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Should be proficient in installing and commissioning high-end equipment.

Requirements">

A university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is essential. A minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar role is also preferred.
