Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee concurrent BIM projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows for optimized delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams on established BIM standards and methodologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet or exceed their expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to business growth and expansion by participating in business meetings, identifying new business opportunities, and showcasing company capabilities.
  • Leverage industry experience to inform strategic decisions and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to win new projects and drive revenue growth.
  • Exercise oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial viability.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

You must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies.
