Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will develop detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP services on various construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop detailed Revit models for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases for architectural, interior and landscape schemes.
    2. Collaborate with architects, design engineers and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
    3. Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support.
    4. Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
    5. Follow established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation.
    6. Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
    7. Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Diploma in MEP Engineering Design or equivalent.
    2. Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services.
    3. Ability to take lead in resolving issues and challenges.
    4. Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
    5. Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing and building materials.
    6. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
    7. Strong attention to accuracy and details.
    8. Good communication and collaboration skills.
