Role Overview:

As a MEP sales cum project engineer, you will be responsible for both business development and the execution of MEP projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing projects.
  • Maintain client relationships, understand their needs, and create detailed proposals.
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams to plan and implement projects efficiently.
  • Oversee site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MEP Sales/Projects (HVAC experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project schedules accurately.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client/site meetings.
