Executive Director of MEP Projects

Leading a senior team with 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management is required. Recent hands-on involvement in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works at project sites.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and finances to guarantee timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of design coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.

This is a challenging role that demands a strong leader who can manage resources, schedules, and finances effectively. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.
