
Regional Business Developer

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region.
This role involves driving sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and providing technical sales support to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new customers for CNC machines in the assigned territory. Maintain and grow business with existing clients through relationship management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit customer sites to understand requirements, provide technical discussions, and present product capabilities. Build long-term relationships with OEMs, job shops, and industrial buyers.
- Technical Sales Support: Understand CNC machine specifications, applications, and process capabilities. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase machine benefits.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market strategies. Identify emerging market trends and recommend changes to sales strategy.
- Order Management & Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team for proposal preparation, quotations, and technical documentation. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Post-Sales & Service Coordination: Liaise with service teams for after-sales support, breakdown assistance, and preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure proper handover and training to customers after installation.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain detailed sales records, CRM entries, and visit reports. Present periodic sales performance updates to management.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory experience in CNC machine sales.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to provide technical sales support and conduct product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in market and competitor analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and order management capabilities.
- Strong coordination skills for post-sales and service support.
- Competency in sales reporting and budget administration.
