
Business Development Specialist

A. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation and revenue growth for B2B products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders - product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, legal teams to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Ensure the success and achievement of numbers (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for assigned categories.
B. Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment aggregators and fintech companies for B2B products.
- Maintain customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them ensuring fast closures.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations and competition.
C. Product Enablement:
- Become knowledgeable about company products and offerings. Create business models and high-end decks to pitch these entities.
- Work with product, certification, tech and other departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on company products.
- Owning and managing various onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.
- Prepare dashboards and trackers and share them with management on a regular basis to ensure successful rollout.
D. Preferred Candidates:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives. Customer-centric and analytical to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
